Chelsfield Wills - Part 1  Abstracts of will from Chelsfield proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury
Thomas Jud(d) of Chelsfield dated 22 November 1754

Abstract of the will of Thomas Jud otherwise Judd of Chelsfield yeoman dated 22 November 1754 [sic].
   I give to my wife Barbara two pieces of woodland called Catsbrake in the parish of Eynsford, late in the occupation of Thomas Whiffin and [ ] Dalton, for life. At her death, I leave the property to John Jeofferies, son of my brother in law John Jeofferies and his heirs for ever.
   I give to my brothers John and Solomon Jud and my sisters Dorothy Middleton and Sarah Jeofferies £5 each.
   I give all residue to my wife and nominate her as my Executrix.

Proved 9 June 1786 by Barbara Judd widow the relict.   [PCC will PROB11/1143]
