Abstract of the will of Jane Round of Chelsfield dated 14
September 1808.
To be buried at the discretion of my Executors.
I leave to my cousins George Brooks and Elizabeth Stow £100
in Trust that they will pay it to Otway Stow, the daughter of the said
Elizabeth Stow, when she attains her 24th. year, and the
interest meanwhile is to be applied towards her education.
In case she die before age 24, the principal then is to be
paid to Elizabeth Stow her mother.
All residue of my property I leave to my said cousin
Elizabeth Stow, after payment of my debts and £10 to my cousin George
Brooks "for the trouble he may have in settling this my affairs
jointly with the said Elizabeth Stow Executrix with the said George Brooks
Executor to see all my wishes and orders."
Witnesses S. ? Cole Mary Frith.
Proved 23 June 1809 by Elizabeth Stow and George Brooks, the Executors
named.
