Conveyance - 27 Feb 1553, (7 Edward 6)

Parties – John Veryar of Northborne, yoman (1) William Hamon (2).

Parcels – Four pieces of land containing by estimate 5½ acres and 20 perches of land c.p. lying and being in the parishes of Goodneston and Nonyngton where

   One piece of land there containing by estimate 3 acres lies in a certain field called Priestfeld in Goodneston, to land of Thomas Hamon, generosus, towards East and South lands of William Vewe towards West and to the common drove there towards North.

   And a second piece of land there containing by estimate one acre lies in the field aforesaid in Goodneston, to the aforesaid land of Thomas Hamon, East, Land of Edward Tuck, generosus, South land of John North West and to the aforesaid common drove North.

   And a third piece of land there containing by estimate one acre and 20 perches lies at Rollynghyth in Goodneston, to land of the Brethren and Sisters of the Hospital of St John Baptist outside the walls of the City of Canterbury East to land of William Idley South and North and to the common drove there leading to Chillenden and Rollyng West.

   And a fourth piece of land residue there containing by estimate half an acre lies at Mownton lane end in Nonington, to the heirs of William North East to land of the said Thomas Hamon South and West and to land of Henry ffrankelyn North.

   Habendum to William Hamon his heirs and assigns of the capital lord of that fee by the services thence due and of right accustomed.
