Bargain and Sale  27 September 1627 (3 Charles I)

Parties. Robert Broome of Canterbury gent and Symon Broome his brother (1) Alice Applebee of Canterbury, widow Christopher Applebee her eldest son and Henrie Flatman of Canterbury (2).

   Parcels. Three messuages in occupation of William Tourthogge Esq. Henrie Bentham and Richard Warren in the parish of St. George and Martyr Canterbury – to the house and land of Edward Croyden Edwardes towards East and South to another house and land of said Robert Broome towards West and to the Kinges Street called St. George’s Streete North late parcell of the house and scite of the late Priorie of the late ffrieres Augustines within the City of Canterbury.

   Habendum to said Alice and Christopher and to the heirs of Christopher.
