MANOR of Essole alias St Albans Court, 30 acres ) land. 8 acres meadow, 60 acres pasture and 6 ) acres wood with appurtenances in Nunnington ) in the said County of Kent, holden of the ) said present lord Kingas of his Castle of ) 11. 6. 8. Dover by Knight service, that is to say, by ) the service of one half part of a Knight’s ) fee and not of the lord King in chief. And ) it is worth yearly in all issues (i.e. net) )

   One messuage with divers appurtenances situate and being in Nunnington aforesaid with its acknowledged appurtenances known by the name of  Beachams holden of the said lord King as of) his castle of Dover aforesaid by Knight service in the form aforesaid and not of the lord King in chief by what part of a Knight’s fee is not known And it is worth yearly in all issues beyond reprises. 1. 6. 8.

   Manor of Gustons Fleete. 1 messuage, 24 acres land 40 (?) acres pasture 160 acres marsh 26.8d. rent and it renders 40 fowls, 6 pheasants, 160 eggs with the appurtenances in Ash next Sandwich in the said County of Kent, a released parcel of the manor of Gustons Fleete which same situated manor and the appurtenances is held of the reverend priests (?) in Christ George by divine providence archbishop of Canterbury or his archiepiscopate of Canterbury by Knight service, that is to say, by the half part of one Knights fee And is worth yearly in all issues beyond reprises  22. 0. 0.
   Increment. Value thence of exactions from feodaries NIL

  Forty acres of Marsh in Ashe holden of the same reverend priests aforesaid in his archiepiscopate of Canterbury by Knight service but by what part of a Knight’s fee is unknown And it is worth yearly in all issues beyond reprises 2. 0. 0.

   One messuage 1 garden 10 acres pasture and 60 acres land in Chillenden and Goodnestone in the said County of Kent holden of William Scott Esq. as of his manor of Hame in free socage by fealty only for all service And it is worth yearly in all issues beyond reprises.   4. 0. 0.
   Increment. Value thence for exactions from feodaries.   NIL

   Two messuages 2 tenements 2 acres of land and half  an acre of pasture and 9 acres of land in Chillenden and Nunnington in the aforesaid 1. 0. 0.
County of the aforesaid William Scott as of  his Manor of Hame in free socage by fealty for all service And it is worth yearly in all ) issues beyond reprises
   Increment Value thence for exactions  3. 4. from feodaries. 

   And (there is?) land in Chillenden and Nunnington aforesaid called Muncke alias Muncktons holden of the Dean and Chapter of Christ Church Canterbury as of their Manor of A(d)isham in socage by the rent of 56 shillings and 1 penny and it is worth yearly in all issues beyond reprises. )1. 6. 8.
