LEASE for three lives 19 February 1692 (4 William and Mary)

Parties – William Hammond of St Albans, Nonington, Gentleman (lessor) John Harvey of Nonington, husbandman (lessee) (marksman).

Parcels – Piece of land called Little Beaucham close containing by estimation 4 acres lying and being and adjoyning to Beachams and formerly belonging to the ffarme of St Albans in Nonington, now in occupation of William Hammond. Free liberty of ingress, egress, etc.

Term 80 years if said John Harvey, Mary his wife and Henry Harvey his second son or any of them shall so long live.

Rent – Two ffat capons at the feast of the birth of our lord Christ.
