Parties – Richard Sympson of H/Norton, Kent, clerk and Jane his wife (1) Ellen Scudamore of Canterbury, widow (2).

Parcels – Messuage etc. in parish of St George the Martyr, Canterbury in St George’s Street in occupation of John Moate, which said Ellen has lately purchased of (1).

And also of another messuage adjoining, late in occupation of Joseph Beetham.
