Parties – William Turner of Grays
Inn, Esquire (1), William Paine of Nonington, yeoman (2).
Parcels – messuage or ffarmhouse at Easesole in Nonington with lands
arrable meadow and pasture containing by estimation 100 acres in occupation of
lessee.
Piece of arrable land containing by estimation 30 acres in Nonington between
Easesole alias Yessall field there and a certain ffarme called Kettington alias
Kethampton also in William Paine’s occupation.
Also several pieces of land containing by estimation 16 acres lying in Easesole
alias Yessall field in Nonington which said William Turner lately purchased of
William Hammond Esquire in occupation of said William Paine.
Except the timber, etc.
Term 7 years. Rent £58.
Memn indorsed. 1717, October. Let to Judith Payne, widow for further
term of 7 years.
