Parties
– William Hammond of St Albans, Nonington, Kent, Esquire
and Anthony Hammond of St Albans aforesaid, gentleman,
only son and heir of said William Hammond by Elizabeth his
late wife, formerly called Elizabeth Kingsford (1) and
Gabriel Neve of London, gentleman (2)/ William Hammond and
Anthony Hammond bargained and sold to Gabriel Neve.
Parcels
– The Mannor or Lordship of Eastwall alias Easole alias
St Albans with the rights, members and appurtenances
thereof situate in the Parishes of Nonington, Goodnestone
and Wymingswoold, Kent, and all other the lands, tenements
and hereditaments situate in the said parishes, whereof
the said William Hammond was seised on 27th April 1693.
And all that messuage or tenement commonly called
Chillendon Court Lodge and all buildings, etc. and all the
lands, etc. belonging thereto containing 120 acres situate
in the parishes of Chillendon, Goodnestone, Northborne and
Nonington, Kent.
And all that piece of woodground called Pinners Wood
containing by estimation 10 acres in Nonington in the
Mannor of St Albans, Kent, in the occupation of the said
William Hammond.
And all those 18 acres of Marsh land lying in Ash,
Kent.
Habendum
– 1 year with intent to enable him to take a grant on
uses to be thereafter declared.
