LEASE for 7 years 18 June 1740 (14 George II)

Parties – Mary Hammond of Noursted, Southampton Widow and relict of William Hammond, late of St Albans, Nonington, Kent, Esquire deceased (1), Reverend Edward Lunn of Denton, clerk, and Basil Lunn of Barham, yeoman (2).

Parcels – The two parsonages and rectorys of the parishes of Nonington and Wymingswold, Kent, with the barns etc. glebe land and tythes, etc.

Also the two several messuages, etc. in Nonington with the barns etc. near unto the church yard of Nonington in occupation of the Widow Auster and Christopher Spaine.

Term: 7 years. Rent £200.
