Parties – Mary Hammond of Noursted in County of Southampton, widow and relict of William Hammond, late of St Albans, Nonington, Esquire deceased (lessor), Reverend Edward Lunn of Denton, clerk and Basil Lunn of Barham, yeoman (lessees).

Parcels – Parsonages and rectoryes of Nonington and Wymingswold with the barne, yardes, stables, glebe lands and all manner of tythes and profitts situate in Nonington And also the 2 messuages or tenements neare unto the churchyard in occupation of the widow Austen and Christopher Spaine, blacksmith.

Term: 7 years if said Mary Hammond shall so long live
