Nonington, Esquire deceased (lessor), Reverend Edward Lunn
of Denton, clerk and Basil Lunn of Barham, yeoman
(lessees).
Parcels – Parsonages and rectoryes of Nonington
and Wymingswold with the barne, yardes, stables, glebe
lands and all manner of tythes and profitts situate in
Nonington And also the 2 messuages or tenements neare unto
the churchyard in occupation of the widow Austen and
Christopher Spaine, blacksmith.
Term: 7 years if said Mary Hammond shall so long
live
