24 July 1746, (20 George II) Release and Conveyance

Parties - Thomas Turner of Lincolns Inn, Esquire (1) and William Hammond of Canterbury, Esquire, only surviving son of William Hammond late of St Albans, Nonington, Kent, Esquire deceased, by Mary his wife, eldest daughter of Thomas Turner the elder, late of Ileden in parish of Kingston, Kent, Esquire, also deceased (2).

Reciting Archbishop’s Lease of the parsonage and rectory of Nonington and Wymingswould of 28 October 1704 to William Hammond the father for three lives.

And reciting Marriage Settlement of William Hammond the father of 3 November 1704 and the trusts thereof at great length, the renewals of the Lease, deaths of various persons, that William Hammond party hereto was the only surviving son. 

Conveyance by Thomas Turner, the surviving trustee of the marriage Settlement of the parsonage and rectory of Nonington and Wymingswould to the said William Hammond of Canterbury as the sole surviving beneficiary under the Marriage Settlement.
