Call for Trustees!
The Kent Archaeological Society, founded in 1857, is dedicated to promoting, protecting, and enhancing access to Kent's rich history and archaeology. Since becoming a Charitable Incorporated Organization (CIO) in 2018, we have further committed to educating the public and actively researching, preserving, and conserving Kent's historical heritage.
We want to strengthen our team by inviting new Trustees to join us in this vital work. We seek individuals eager to contribute constructive ideas and insights to help us advance our strategic initiatives and support our management team in their effective implementation.
As a Trustee, you will have the meaningful opportunity to engage with our mission by attending four Board meetings each year, either in person or remotely, and participating in occasional discussions with the management team.
We encourage applicants from various backgrounds and experiences to apply, as we believe that diverse perspectives can enrich our Board of Trustees and enhance our impact. If you are interested in contributing to the future of the Kent Archaeological Society, please get in touch.
