The Society has other grant programmes. Fieldwork grants may be obtained from the Fieldwork Committee and applications should be sent to its secretary David Bacchus at Telford Lodge, Roebuck Road, Rochester, ME1 1UD or by email.
The Society’s Kent Local History Fund makes grants to assist with serious research leading to publication. They are only made to societies affiliated to the K.A.S. or the Kent History Federation and members of those societies or the K.A.S. Professional historians and postgraduate students are not eligible to apply. Application forms can be obtained from Miss E. Melling.
