1. Leonard COTTON Esq. sometime Mayor of this City, did place in this Hospital, 1 Brother and 2 Sisters with yearly Stipends for ever, according to his last Will and Testament, made in the Yeare 1605 whose Charity is here remembered by Joseph COLFE, Master of ye Hospital.
