Brie Thomas

My career in finance began over 25 years ago in London in the music industry, working in royalty accounting for record labels and recording artists, after having my son in my mid 30’s I came back to Kent, Maidstone, and started my own company working predominantly in the property industry and charity sector. This bought me to Kent archaeology society where I act as the finance manager bringing together the monthly accounts, the payroll and the budgeting.

Over the past year KAS has made some very exciting moves to make the society more accessible to a wider audience and I’m really enjoying learning more about the excavations and the importance the past has on the present and teaching my son the same. I look forward to joining a future dig and getting my hands dirty!
