1. ‘Search the Scriptures’, This stone is a tribute to – Respect – To the memory of Richard BURBRIDGE. Who during many years service was generally esteemed for his piety and faithfulness. Died April 23rd 1864 aged 61 years.

Stephen Walter BOORMAN

Sacred – To the memory of Stephen Walter BOORMAN, son of Thomas and Mary Ann Boorman of this parish who departed this life on the 20th November 1846 in the 23rd year of his age. Also of Margaret Ann  Boorman their daughter who departed this life on the 26th March 1829 aged 12 months.

Sacred – To the memory of Thomas Hugh BOORMAN, eldest son of Thomas and Mary Boorman, formerly of this parish, who died suddenly of pulmonary apoplexy on 7th July 1856 aged 31 leaving a bereaved widow and three infant sons to deplore the loss of a most affectionate husband and fond father. "Watch therefore for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come ‘M??? ???.

5. Here lieth the body of Ernest Aden HENHAM son of M.A. and Aden Henham at Grove House in this parish who died March 22nd 1853 aged 6 months.

6. In memory of John BATES of this parish who departed this life March 17th 1819 aged 56 years. Left issue one seven and four daughters (viz) John, William, Hane? Edward, Thomas, Alexander, Alfred, Sarah, Mary, Eliza and Beston.

27. Here restieth in hope of a joyful resurrection the body of Hannah (??????) late of this parish who departed this life Feb the 11th 181? aged 31 years. "Long had I lain in tears and sighs. Strong pains both night and day. With mournful groans and piecing cries. Till death dissolved the day."

97. Sacred to the memory of Robert BIGGENDEN late of ?Dunton who departed this life October the 20th 1818 aged 33 years. Leaving by Mary his wife 4 children (viz) Eliza, Robert, Mary-Ann and Frances-Caroline. "Those that pass this way alone, my days are past and gone, always a warning give be careful how you live". This stone was erected by his son Robert out of respect.

98. In memory of Sarah wife of Richard FORDHAM of this parish who died November 17th 1820 aged 64 years. Also the above Richard Fordham who died February 1st 1829 aged 75 years. Left issue 4 sons and 1 daughter, Catherine Jane, Thomas, William, John and Richard.

99. Sacred to the memory of Elizabeth Ann wife of William FORDHAM who died September 14th 1827 aged 33 years. Left issue 2 sons viz John Poysden? and William. "O husband dear my life is past. Love to each other whilst it did last. And now foe me no sorrow fate? But love my children for my sake"

"O they undisagreeableness will I rest my soul in life, in death and for ever". Also of the deceased children of the above Thomas June 27th 1843 aged 3 months. Albert died January 13th 1840 aged 6 years. George died February ye 25th 1862 aged 11 years. Mary Elizabeth died March 28th 1863 aged 16 years. Catherine died May 17th 1864 aged ? years." 107. Sacred to the memory of Thomas WELFEAR of this parish who died March 14th 1851 aged 77 years. Also mary wife of the above who died September 19th 1854 aged 84 years.

108. Erected to the memory of Thomas WELFEAR of this parish who died December 4th 1841 aged 51 years. In life he was a humble follower of Christ. And in death he was enabled with such submission to resign all he had below. And exercise a calm resilience on the worlds Atonement. He has left behind him to mourn their irreparable loss Fanny his widow three sons and two widows? (viz) Thomas Ebenzer, Fanny, William Gibbon, Eliza Ann and Frances. Also interred near this place Mary Anna daughter of the above Thomas and Fanny Welfear who died January 17th 1847. Also of Fanny Welfear wife of the above Thomas Welfear who fell asleep December 13th 1883 aged 76 years. Also William Gibbons welfear son of the above Thomas Welfear who fell asleep January 9th 1887.

109. Sacred to the memory of a man who is deeply mourned as he was highly valued for his many excellencies Richard STANFORD Esq. After long and serve suffering borne with the fortitude and submission that true religion alone supplies, left is this world of sorrow for a happier divine and brighter skies? On the 10th of June 1856 in the 45th year of his age.
